How It Works

To contract the services of 10k life is very simple.

Send an e-mail explaining your problem or service required and question clearly and succinctly with enough information so that it may be resolved. Please be direct to the point.

  1. I will “diagnose” the problem/service required and provide you with an estimate via e-mail as to what it costs to answer your question or solve your problem.

 

      2. Please check your spam folder for replies.

        3. If you agree with the price, simply make the payment to 10Klife’s PayPal account for the quoted amount.

        4. Upon confirming the funds have been received, your question will be answered or services provided. The majority of clients opt for video responses ( which can all be found on my YouTube Channel), but you can also receive an email response. I also do one-on-one consultations via Teams or phone, but the fee is $300 per hour with a $300 minimum.

         5. Depending on the complexity of the problem, there may be some follow-up questions.

I officially bill out $200 per hour, but the truth is most problems are solved within a 20-minute e-mail, or so, so most final bills come in around $40 for an e-mail and $45 for a video.
